Two ways to quickly apply
Income Requirements
1. Application fee of $40
2. All applicants over the age of 18 must apply individually
3. Provide (3) most recent pay stubs
4. If you are self-employed, you will be required to provide tax returns for the prior year
4. If you are a self-contractor you must provide a notarized letter from your current employer stating what your current net income is.
4. We ask that you make at least two times the rent in monthly income
Identification
3. A valid California ID, license, or passport
4. For any other form of Identification please be sure to contact us
Application process
3. The application selection is primarily based on credit, income, and landlord references
4. Additionally, you are also rated against other applications received
4. It takes approximately 5-7 business days to process your application

4. Attach a copy of your ID and 3 recent
income statements with your application.
5. Mail us the documents or in person walk in.
Application Fee
There is an additional charge of $1.61 for those who are
paying through Paypal.

We are pet friendly, our non refundable pet deposit ranges from $150 to $275
